This is a brief summary about ALL lakefront properties for sale in the Brantingham community (that we are aware of) including For Sale By Owner properties!

In this section I will alert you to any possible Brantingham area lakefront listings that we are aware are being considered. Here is what there currently are:

1 - A large, modern home on Brantingham. Premium location. Some consider it the best property to EVER come up for sale on Brantingham Lake. If you are interested in a truly superior waterfront property that should be available soon, then please call or email me for more information.

2 - A seasonal cottage on one of the non-motor boat lakes of the Brantingham community, Cottage is a handyman special. Good size lot and waterfrontage. Estimated price is $120,000. The latest we have been told is that it is likely to be on the market sometime during the Fall.
