Teaching: Since 1980, based on his diverse expertise, Mr. Droz has taught classes and seminars on a wide variety of subjects. These range from communication skills, to sales training, to successful investing, to computer expertise, etc.

Computers: Mr. Droz has been actively involved with computers for over 30 years, and has been an authorized Apple Macintosh consultant in Central and Northern NY for over 15 years. From 1993 through 1997 he was part of the AAPR program to assist selected local retail accounts selling Macs. Subsequent to that he was in the Apple Solutions Expert (ASE) program.

He has provided Mac consulting services for a wide variety of desktop computer business applications, ranging from schools to hospitals, lawyers to printers, and churches to investors. He created Total Collections, a widely used debt collection software program in 1988.

Mr. Droz has had two technical books published on computer memory components. He has also started two Mac user groups, one which now has over 200 members. For the benefit of the members, he wrote and maintains each user group’s web site, e.g. NC Crystal Coast MUG. He also authored and maintains the well known Mac vs PC website.

Some Other Memberships and Activities: Interests range from music (plays piano, organ and trombone), golf, bridge, water and cross-country skiing, trail-bike riding, Ultralight airplanes and boating, to extensive reading and travel. Some present and past non-business associations are with: Tyrolean Ski Club, AOPA and EAA (pilot groups), Brantingham Community Association, Mohawk Valley Sports Car Club, High School Teacher for Confraternity of Christian Doctrine, Utica Zoo, Utica Bridge Club, Knights of Columbus, Boston College Admissions, Little League baseball team manager, Utica Civic Music Society, Players Theater, church parish council, South Lewis School EAP Committee, St. Peter’s School Board, Foster Parent, Big Brother, and member of Mensa.
