Clinton Community College

Advantages & Opportunities

A Name - Not a Number

CCC's small, "user-friendly" campus and low student-to-faculty ratio guarantees you personal attention in your educational experience. Nationwide, students are recognizing the value of the community college education, intimate and excellent.

Value

One of the goals of Clinton Community College is to keep higher education affordable. Consistently, CCC has maintained one of the most affordable tuitions in the SUNY system. The college's Foundation annually provides over $50,000 in scholarships and grants to students in need.

Careers

If your goal is to enter the work force upon graduation, the Associate in Applied Science degree can open the door of opportunity. Employers recognize the value of the AAS degree. These career programs provide a general education and specific job skills to train you for immediate employment. Some programs have internships which provide valuable on-the-job experience and a marketable resume.

Transfer

If you're planning to earn a four-year degree, you can benefit from the CCC Advantage by taking your first two years at Clinton before transferring. Our advisement options within the Associate Degree programs allow you to take courses needed for your specific baccalaureate degree. We have transfer agreements with many universities, and because Clinton Community College is one of the 64 campuses within the State University of New York (SUNY) System, you, as a graduate, are guaranteed transfer placement at a four-year SUNY college.

Undecided?

As a Liberal Arts major at CCC, you'll be able to explore your options within the nurturing environment of CCC. You can take a broad range of courses to help you decide what your future will be. The Associate in Arts or Associate in Science degrees are also completely transferable to four-year colleges, where you'll have full junior status.
