The Town of Norfolk is served by two hospital - run medical centers:
Norfolk Family Health Center
and
Norfolk Community Health Center.

The Norfolk Family Health Center is located at 42 West Main Street, downtown Norfolk. Affiliated with Massena Memorial Hospital and staffed by CPAs and served by a Medical Director.  The clinic provides health and medical care from newborn  to  the golden years.

The Norfolk Community Health Center, located at 35 West Main Street, downtown Norfolk, is a joint venture between the Town of Norfolk, Hepburn Medical Center and Canton-Potsdam Hospital. The Health Center is located in a beautiful new facility on land donated by the First National Bank of Northern New York. Appointments may be made by calling (315) 384 -4881.
