Setting Up Windows 95 for a dial-up PPP connection.

Windows 95 contains a wizard that leads you thru the steps for setting up Dial-up networking to the Internet. Note: some versions of Windows 95 do not have the Internet icon. If you do not have this icon on your desktop, please see "How to use Help to set up Dial Up Networking" below.

Double click on the Internet icon on the desktop.

Note: if you insert the Win95 CD ROM as you may be requested to do during the installation process, the Win95 CD ROM window may pop up, obscuring the Setup screen. Just close the CD ROM window and return to the Internet Setup Wizard to continue.
