I get a message that says: no modem, can not find dial tone.
This message usually appears when the wrong modem script has been selected in the modem control panels. After running the easynet CD this is defaulted to 3Com. You need to go to control panels-modem and select your modem profile.

I can't get my mail in netscape! It says that there is no DNS address or can't find the server aldus.
You need to check the preferences in Netscape. In version 2&3 you go to-options-mail and news prefs. In Netscape 4 you go to-edit -preferences -mail and groups and highlight mail server- your window should look like this-

When I am on the internet, netscape gives me the message--

This message usually occurs because you are not actually connected or you have lost the connection you had. Go back to your PPP window and establish that you are actually connected to northnet. If not, reconnect and try again.

When I insert the easynet cd I get a message that my system is to old and asks if I wish to update?
This message occurs if you are running system 7.5 or older. The cd will want to update system 7.5 to 7.5.3, you should let it do this. After this has installed you should go to available titles and also install the update for system 7.5.5 If you are running system 7.1 you should say no to the update(it will not work without having 7.5 on your computer) an error message will appear saying an exception has been thrown- click OK.
