Oswegatchie River House Museum and Art School is a private educational institution holding classes in art since 1983 sponsored by River House Wares and Restoration. The museum is a local vertically organized collection of assorted items specifically relating to Rensselaer Falls and the surrounding region. The art school includes a pottery studio with four wheels and several kilns. Two historical documents have been published entitled The Falls and The Falls Revisited. The publications give a chronological history of Rensselaer Falls, New York. They are available at the gallery for $10 each.
