Boo Bash & Dash

A National Off-Road Bicycle Association (NORBA) sanctioned race put on by the Saranac Lake Area Chamber of Commerce.

Cross Country / Dual Slalom / Downhill

Team Competition: teams of three riders or more earned points according to their category (beginner, sport and expert) and for each of the three races held over two days. Beginner scoring went from 10 (first place) to one (10th); sport scoring went from 20 (first) to 11 (10th); and experts earned 30 (first) to 21 (10th). There was no limit on team size. The easy winner was Team Roar, a local team composed of cyclists from around Northern New York. Roar had eight cyclists racing over three days, doubling the number of racers on the second place University of Vermont team.

245 points. Team Roar: David Seymour, Kevin Duniho, Shane Kramer, William Martin, Laura Nardelli, Doug Berner (pronounced ŚBurnerą), Tim Chien and Reid Hutchins.

106 points. Bicycle Post: Sean Speese, Teri Day, Ty Danboise and Joe Montante
Fourth
